Student Helpers only works because everyone keeps it safe and honest. Breaking these guidelines can result in warnings, lost payouts, or permanent removal.
Do
- • Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background.
- • Be honest in profiles, listings, and reviews.
- • Communicate inside the app so we can help if something goes wrong.
- • Show up on time and finish what you agreed to.
- • Pay and get paid through Student Helpers so payment stays protected.
Don't
- • No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- • No work involving minors, weapons, drugs, or alcohol.
- • No off-platform payments (Venmo, Cash App, cash-only).
- • No fake accounts, fake reviews, or sharing logins.
- • No sharing personal contact info before a job is accepted.
